We are Eszter and Graham, founders of Quality Chops, with two Hungarian Vizslas, Marvin and Bobby. What started as a personal journey with Marvin grew into a lasting passion for dog training and care.
Head dog trainer · founder
Eszter
Leads the training approach at Quality Chops, working closely with dogs and owners to build calm, well-balanced behaviour, and coaching the wider team so every session stays consistent and thoughtful. Currently on maternity leave and stays closely connected to the direction of the business.
Operations · founder
Graham
Previously an operations director, bringing years of experience in logistics, systems and business management to how Quality Chops runs day to day. Keeps everything organised behind the scenes, from daily operations to long-term planning, so dogs and owners get a safe, structured environment.
Dog trainer · gundog trainer specialist
Molly
Molly has a particular passion for gundog work, which she continues to develop within her role. She brings a calm, positive energy to every session and takes the time to understand each dog as an individual, from the shy and sensitive to the high-energy and bouncy, making sure every dog is exercised, supported and given the chance to learn in a thoughtful way. Outside of work she trains and explores with her own Black Labrador, Rocco: a classic foodie, always up for an adventure, and just as happy curled up on the sofa. Their journey started in August 2024, and through consistency and teamwork Rocco is now off lead and neutral, and gundog work with him keeps sharpening Molly's own training skills.
Dog walker · trainee dog trainer
Emily
Emily has worked with dogs for around five years, including at an all-inclusive boarding kennels that opened her eyes to the training world. She now trains alongside her own Labrador, Fig: her first dog that isn't a family pet, eager to learn with a high food drive, and so social and confident that Fig's own excitement around other dogs is what brought Emily to her first QC neutrality class. She covers sessions across Aylesbury and Banbury. Outside of dogs she enjoys running, reading and a good coffee.
Dog walker
Shay
Shay has walked dogs professionally since 2019, after graduating from King's College London. She matches each walk to the dog: gentle and slow, energetic adventure, or extra care when needed. Trust matters; she aims for happy, safe dogs and peace of mind for owners. At home she lives with two spaniels, Indi and Ivy, who keep teaching her how different every dog can be.
Trainee dog trainer
Matt
Matt trains with Jeffrey, his miniature Dachshund. Structure, socialisation and breed fulfilment were priorities from day one; after Jeffrey was attacked at eight months, Matt deepened his training knowledge to help fear-based behaviours and now supports other owners on the same path. Mentorships, courses and shadowing sit alongside ten years in community health, where behaviour change often runs both ends of the leash. He champions high standards and real adventures for small dogs.
Marvin sparked the love of training and adventure walks. Sensitive and affectionate, he needs clear boundaries. Swimming is his favourite, which is why boarding and daycare dogs get pool time too.
Bobby keeps everyone laughing. He is a Pets As Therapy dog, has completed Elite Level Detection Dog, and now works as an assistance dog. He is the perfect stooge dog.
We volunteer with Vizsla Rescue UK, Vizsla Welfare UK and Pets As Therapy.
