Quality Chops (sole trader trading as Quality Chops) is the data controller for personal information we collect when you use our website, members area, bookings and shop. Eszter Bana and Graham Blower operate the business. Contact us at info@qualitychops.com or call 07500 709236.
We use your information to provide dog training, boarding, daycare and pack walk services; process bookings and payments; keep dogs safe (including vaccination and medical checks); send session confirmations, reminders and visit reports; and run our online shop. Lawful bases include contract, legitimate interests (safety and welfare), and consent where required (for example optional marketing).
Our website and members platform are built and hosted by Underdown Labs Limited (trading as UF Labs), who act as a data processor on our behalf. Customer data is stored in Supabase (EU-hosted Postgres). Payments are processed by Stripe on our Stripe Connect account. Transactional email is sent via Brevo. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
We keep active account and booking records while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for business, tax and welfare purposes. Vaccination and agreement records may be kept longer where needed for animal welfare and legal compliance.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@qualitychops.com to make a request. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use essential cookies to run the website and members area (security, session login, load balancing, and remembering this cookie choice). With your permission we also use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors find useful. Those analytics cookies stay off until you accept. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice any time.
When you order from our shop we collect your name, contact details and order contents to fulfil collection or delivery. Returns are handled under our shop terms; contact us at info@qualitychops.com.
Our services are for adults booking on behalf of their household. Accounts must be opened by someone aged 18 or over.
